Designed by José Luis López and opened in 1989 Estepona Golf is one of the friendliest clubs on the coast and you will always get a warm welcome. Estepona Golf is privately owned and is a 'pay as you play' course.
The 18 hole course, is located on the inland side of the main coastal road at Km. 150, just one mile from Estepona town centre. The design uses the natural landscape which is set against the Sierra Bermeja mountain range, and enjoys sea views from most parts of the course. The fairways are wide and the greens large which provides a challenge for players of all levels, but doesn't penalise the average golfer. Playing the front nine you'll have the pleasure to play the longest hole in Spain, our third hole, a par 5 called the
Ski Run which measures 568 metres from the white tees. There are many palms, eucalyptus and wild olive trees on the course, and players have a great opportunity to enjoy many rare species of wildlife, particularly on the second half.
The course is always in excellent condition with the greens regarded as some of the best on the coast. The fairways can be wide in places so drive well and reap the benefit!
Players who are unaccustomed to the warmer temperatures and terrain are always welcome to rent one of our 40 new Club Cars. Alternatively, trolleys are available for hire.
